Advice for young men
Seventh question from Fatwa No. (8973) :
Q7: What is the position of Islam towards young men? What is your advice to them during this crucial period in their life?
A: A Muslim should hold firmly to the rope of Allah and to adhere to the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him). He should also call to the cause of Allah without any fanaticism to what he believes in if the truth appears to be on the other side. He should follow the truth wherever it is. The truth is the worthiest thing to be followed. In general, he has to take the Prophet (peace be upon him) as an example for him in his doings, good morals, honor and calling to Allah. Allah (may He be Exalted) says: Surah AlAhzab, 33: 21
